1. No Returns or Exchanges
All products sold through www.touchwoodcompany.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once an order is confirmed. This policy helps us maintain hygiene standards and uphold the exclusivity of our bespoke gifting process.
Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
• A short description of the issue
We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if the damage is verified.
Please retain all original packaging, as courier inspection may be required to process any claim.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or a missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We will investigate and ensure a suitable resolution, which may include re-shipping the correct product at no additional cost.
4. Custom or Personalized Orders
All customized or bespoke hampers are created exclusively for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the production process has begun.
Please ensure that all personalization details (such as names, dates, or messages) are entered correctly before confirming your order.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments or order cancellation from our end.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
