At Touchwood Company, we take great care in ensuring that your gifts reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, delivery charges, and responsibilities.
1. Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or bespoke orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and availability.
2. Shipping within India
We offer free standard shipping across India for most products. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, excluding order processing time.
For expedited or express delivery, additional shipping charges may apply based on location and service availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including full name, address, landmark, pincode, and contact number. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delivery delays or additional charges.
3. Shipping Partners
All domestic deliveries are handled through trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket and associated courier services.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
4. International Shipping
We also offer international shipping for select products and bulk orders.

5. Warm Weather Shipping
Please note that products sensitive to heat (such as chocolates or wax-based items) are shipped at your own risk. Touchwood Company is not responsible for temperature-related damages during transit.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or recipient refusal, a re-delivery fee will apply.
If an order remains unclaimed or undeliverable, we can resend it to an alternate address for an additional shipping fee.
Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed or refused shipments.
7. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Touchwood Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing photos and details to hello@touchwoodcompany.com.
Retain all original packaging for courier inspection so that we may file a claim with the shipping provider.

• Standard Shipping: Free across India
• Express Shipping: Charged as per pincode and weight
• Custom/Bulk Orders: Shipping rates applicable based on order size and destination
