At Touchwood Company, we work with trusted and reliable courier partners across India to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) to monitor your shipment in real time.
How to Track Your Order
1. Through Your Account
• Log in to your account on www.touchwoodcompany.com
• Go to My Account → Orders
• Find your order and click on the “Track” button beside your order details
• You’ll instantly see your live delivery status
2. Through Email Notification
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder — sometimes our updates land there.
3. Through Courier Partner’s Website
• Copy your tracking number (AWB) from your order email or account section
• Visit our courier partner’s tracking page (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart)
• Enter the AWB number to view your shipment’s latest status
Estimated Delivery Timeline
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Delivery Time: 3–7 working days depending on your city and courier service
• Custom / Bulk Orders: Timelines vary based on quantity and personalization
Customers in metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

If you haven’t received your tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order:
- Check your My Account → Orders section for tracking updates
- Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders
